This Milan rental apartment has 3 bedroom apartments of about 160 sq. mt. It is on the 3rd floor of an Art Nouveau building with impressive marble staircases that lead to the 150 sq. mt. landings, which overlook the internal courtyard.
There are numerous features of this property: 3.80 meter high ceilings with original decorations, the presence of 23 doors that retain the original features of the era, 7 views, the living room with 4 windows framed between columns, and the decorations on the building’s facade.

The apartment was totally renovated in 2018 in both its systems and furnishings to be equipped with the latest generation Parkair air conditioning system in all areas and for the brightness given by double exposure.
