Lovely decor, with splashes of colour, this apartment in Venice consists of a large and semi-open plan sitting/dining room decorated and furnished in inspiring bright colors,it features two tall windows with decorative balustrades overlooking the canal.

The modern kitchen with small breakfast bar to the rear is well-equipped and designed to make optimum use of the available space and, in keeping with the rest of the apartment (excluding bathrooms), has gorgeous wooden parquet flooring heightening the overall feeling of quality and adding a dash of period charm, while air-conditioning throughout plus Wi-Fi internet connection and a laundry room with washing machine on the ground floor add to the comfort and ease of your stay.

There are two double bedrooms, in soft marine blues: one to the rear of the apartment with its own beautiful en-suite bathroom with shower and the other overlooking the canal to the front and also with its own equally stylish bathroom with bathtub and shower over - and both with double beds which can be made into twins on request.
Note: the beds can be made up as twin beds ; there is also a sofa bed.

Very well located between the Rialto area in the north (with its famous food markets and labyrinth of alleyways) and the Dorsoduro district in the south (with its wide ‘fondamente’, antique shops and galleries) and only two minutes’ walk to the 14th century Church of the Frari, Campo San Polo and the jaw-dropping Tintoretto-filled Scuola Grande Di San Rocco.

short walk to a well-stocked 'Billa' supermarket and a great range of restaurants for both dining in and eating out and a stone’s throw to the vaporetto stop and 'Traghetto' gondola ferry at San Toma on the Grand Canal - ideal for trips (during operating times) over to the 'must-see' attractions of the San Marco district and beyond.

Margaret Perth The location of the apartment is wonderful, right in the centre of everything, close to the traghetto and the vaporetto. Everything was marvellous especially the appliances and beds. Your response to a request was amazing, very helpful indeed. As you have asked for feedback our only suggestion to make things better would be that the towels be replaced, especially the bath towels.
