This vacation apartment in Venice is lovely, an homage to the fabulous opera houses of Venice, has 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms and is very well located in the Dorsoduro, close to the Academia and the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, and steps from the Zattere with its spectacular views.

Ground floor
The main entrance hallway leads to a beamed double bedroom with twin beds, g mirrored wardrobe, terrazzo flooring with en-suite bathroom with shower and deluxe fittings.
A handy utility room with combined washer/dryer on the opposite side of the hallway, and a stairs rising to the level above.
First floor
There is a delightful beautifully beamed sitting room, a Juliet balcony, large L-shaped sofa, custom-designed carpeting and polished marmorino walls softly lit and hung with palazzo-style window-paneled mirrors
There is a well-equipped beamed kitchen/dining room – with integrated wine fridge/cooler and Miele oven – in dramatic red marmorino, with banquet seating, a dining table accommodating up to 10 guests, a Juliet balcony and terrazzo flooring.
Further there is a beamed twin bedroom with a Juliet balcony to the side. Very nicely furnished in honey-colour hues with bespoke carpeting lovely wallpaper as backdrop.
A stylish beamed master bedroom with queen sized bed, mirrored wardrobe, bespoke carpeting and a splendid en-suite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower.
Further there is another separate bathroom with fabulously large shower and in similar style to the master’s en-suite.

Here you find a wonderfully cosy penthouse suite with beams and parquet flooring, with a small sitting room/study/TV room-snug beautifully decorated and with a sofa (which can be turned into a single bed upon request);
There is also a charming double bedroom reached via a small dressing area; and a smart en-suite bathroom with dual-access and shower.
Locations:
A short stroll to the Church of the Salute and to the Punta Della Dogana Center of Contemporary Art at Dorsoduro’s eastern tip, and close to a great choice of eating places and bars including Ai Gondolieri, Lineadombra and Ristorante Riviera for fine dining, and Osteria Al Squero and Cantinone Gia Schiavi for spritz and cicheti.
An easy walk to the Conad supermarket at the western end of the Zattere, to 4 vaporetto (water bus) stops – Zattere Spirito Santo, Zattere, Salute and Accademia – for travel around the city (note that St. Mark’s Square can be reached by vaporetto from Salute in under 5 minutes on Line 1!), and to the ‘traghetto’ at Calle Lanza which, during operating hours, ferries passengers by gondola across the Grand Canal to the district of San Marco.
Also within easy reach of the Alilaguna boat stop connecting the Zattere to Venice's Marco Polo Airport.
