The ground level opens on a large fully fitted kitchen and airy dining room with direct access to the large terrace where is possible to enjoy outstanding and colourful sunsets dining “al fresco”.
On this level you can find also 2 double bedrooms sharing 1 mutual bathroom.
On the top floor there is a double bedroom with private bathroom.

There is also an underground level that comes with a living area, a studio with en suite bath to accommodate 2 extra people. There is also a large gourmet kitchen and dining area ideal for cooking classes ad parties.

An annex close to the main house features another big kitchen, a living room with dining table and lounge area with access to the panoramic terrace. This annex comes with a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a twin with adjacent bathroom.
