A peaceful oasis in close distance to a restaurant (walking distance, 500 m), surrounded by the calm beauty of the Chianti landscape.

The kitchen is very well equipped with oven, big refrigerator, double dish washer plus separate working kitchen with additional refrigerator / freezer and professional coffee maker.

The first floor is separated in two wings which are connected by a picturesque, traditional open loggia;
