On the first floor, there is a large and bright living that looks out onto Piazza Santa Croce in which there is a sofa and a dining table. The first master bedroom, adjacent to the living room, has a 160 cm / 63 in that cannot be divided, and has a window that looks out onto the beautiful church.
On the other side of the apartment, there is a fully equipped kitchen from which there is a laundry room that faces onto an internal court. The smaller bedroom has a single bed, while the third bedrooms has 2 single beds that can be joined to create a 180 cm / 71 in double bed depending on the guests’ needs and a large closet.
The last room has a large closet and a 160 cm / 63 in double sofa bed that can host up to 2 guest. The 2 bathrooms are near the entrance, the first of which has a shower, while the other is a half bath for guests. On the second floor, climbing 28 steps, there is access to the covered loggia of 70 m2 / 753 sq ft equipped with a couch and sun chairs where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view of one of Florence’s most beautiful monuments.
