Vacation Property Details
The property is elegantly furnished and has every modern comfort. Subtle colours, large spaces and wide French doors in wrought iron, stone and terracotta floors and beam of whitened wood make a wonderful ambiance . The ground floor, features a series of arches in the living area. The access through large French doors leads to the living room with comfortable sofas and spacious dining room. On this level there is also a guest bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen, equipped with all the modern devices, is very spacious and provided with charming dining area.
A wooden staircase leads to the first floor where guests find a second living area with direct access to the garden. The sitting room is furnished with sofas, armchairs and big TV screen.
The sleeping area is composed of 3 large bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom (2 with bathtub and 1 with shower)
The two main bedrooms have both their own access through a private staircase and are provided with spacious ensuite bathroom. All of the three bedrooms have a queen-sized bed at their disposal.

The big garden hosts the big infinity pool with beaufiul views of the surrounding countryside and the hills beyond. The garden is beautifully landscaped with olive trees throughout, allows you to relax area around the swimming pool consisting of wide equipped pergola, ideal to enjoy wonderful BBQs and to eat in the open air.
On the terrace there is a lovely loggia, furnished with table and chairs and perfect to taste a great breakfast or to relax sipping a good glass of wine.The owner, a very discreet American gentleman, lives in a small annex with private entrance inside the property and will be at your disposal to give his support or some useful advice to spend a nice holiday. The villa, the swimming pool and the garden are for guests' use only and will not be used by the owner.

Although we did not have a chance to stay yet, our recent visit showed us a beautifully restored villa, with attention to detail in every room. Large spacious bedrooms, each with bathroom, a warm welcoming living room, all in soft colour tones of cappuccino and white. The garden was immaculate on the sunny day we were there, with olive trees hung heavy with olives waiting for harvest. Can't wait to stay here soon!
