You will find a comfortable living room with two windows facing the water, large contemporary all steel kitchen/dining with table seating over 8 people, two further windows facing the water, double bedroom (king) with garden views, en suite marble covered bathroom with carved sink and tub with ceiling mounted shower, twin bed (can become a super king size double), en suite marble covered bathroom with carved sink, separate walk in shower.
Ground floor at the sea level (can be also rented alone as a one bedroom studio):
A landing room/studio with its private deck for arrivals directly from the airport or train station by water taxi, suitable also for sun bathing, peaceful reading or romantic "al fresco" dinners.
Stunnig views over Canale della Giudecca and Salute's dome.The landing room sleeps two further guests in a super king size double bed. It has it's own bathroom (walk in shower), kitchenette and, obviously, air conditioning.

Location Giudecca island is part of Venice but separated from it by the water (Giudecca channel). Easily reachable by a frequent public service (vaporetto) working day and night, it has the enormous advantage of being well protected from mass tourism. Nevertheless it boasts two of the most famous churches from Palladio (Redentore and Zitelle), three among the most renowned hotels in Venice (Cipriani, Bauer Palladio and Hilton Stucky) and two cult Ventian restaurants: Altanella (in Calle delle Erbe at a few steps from the house) and Harris Dolci.
At a very short walking distance you will find everything you wish for shopping food: a very richly supplied supermarket (not easy to find in Venice), various grocers and a superb fish monger, the best in town after Rialto market. Another supermarkt long the dock and a further one open until 11 p.m. on the other side of the channel (at 5 minutes by water bus)
Taking a Vaporetto (water bus) you can reach within minutes the train station, Accademia, Guggenheim Museum or Punta della Dogana, the new exhibition space on top of the Gran canal. In ten minutes you are in San Marco square.
Amenities: Air conditioning in all the house, under the floor heating system, WI-FI, SAT TV, DVD, telephone, fax machine, two washing machine, two dishwashers, Hoover and any kind of cleaning equipment.
A water-taxi service is available at a very reasonable price by special agreement for picking up the guests at the airport or train station and for leaving them at the private jetty. The driver holds the keys of the house. He is also available for day trips in the laguna, visits to Murano, Burano, Torcello or single trips to any part of Venice.
