It is located in a very quiet position 3 kms away from the village of Montopoli, in a particularly beautiful and, as yet, undiscovered area south
The house is surrounded by a very large and well maintained flat garden, where an unusually big pool for such a small house has been installed. The garden is fenced all around, making it very safe for children, and there is also a children’s play area.
To one side of the house is a covered terrace, furnished for outdoor dining. The property is an ideal holiday base for a small family, wanting a holiday in complete peace and privacy.

Kitchen/dining and sitting room opening via french windows both to the garden and to a covered terrace ideal for eating outside; bathroom with shower. There is single sofa-bed (armchair) in this room.
