This lovely villa in Tuscany has a lovely private setting amongst the olive groves and vineyards in the hills north-west of Lucca. it has been carefully restored to incorporate many of the traditional tuscan features, but at the same time includes all modern amenities such as air-conditioning, ceiling fans, satellite TV, Internet and a very well equipped kitchen. The restoration retained the beautiful beamed ceilings and cotto floors.

The accommodation is split in two units, each opening on to the large and fenced garden, with a lovely pergola ideal for outdoor meals. The dependence, a delightful 'cottage' has a beautiful built-in barbecue for some great summer meals.
Main house (8 people)
Ground Floor: kitchen/dining room with fireplace, opening onto the garden with pergola equipped for outdoor eating; living room opening on to the back patio; double bedroom; bathroom (shower only); laundry room with washer and dryer.
First Floor: 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (bath and separate shower); twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower only).
DEPENDENCE - 2 PEOPLE Ground floor: Sitting room with kitchenette opening on to the garden and to a covered veranda with built-in BBQ and table tennis. First Floor: Large double bedroom (King size bed) with en-suite bathroom (shower only).
The grounds belong to an extensive estate producing a renowned local red and white wine, honey and extra virgin olive oil.Enchanting views over the valley, the vineyards and forested slopes complete a truly delightful stay . A lovely swimming pool (11 x 5 mt) has been installed just below the houses and is surrounded by very well-kept loans.
