The apartment has an entrance area (with a bathroom with shower and wash hand basin) and a staircase leading up to a large main living space with a magnificent rustic roof and wall timbers, wooden plank flooring, attractive ‘sunken’ seating area and eclectic choice of furnishings.
This main room leads via an arched glazed doorway surrounded by pretty conservatory-style trompe de l’oeil decoration, to a bright and fully-equipped west-facing kitchen enjoying fabulous views from its two rear windows.
There are two double bedrooms, one on either side of the apartment - a light and airy double with splendid beams, built in wardrobes and a double bed, and a similarly beamed twin with two singles - a handy walk-in closet plus two stylish bathrooms - one with a small bath and another with w.c. and wash hand basin.
A short staircase from the living area takes you to the ‘altana’ terrace with amazing views over Venice,its churches of San Francesco Della Vigna and San Giorgio Maggiore in the distance, and the typical terracotta rooftops of Venice

Location: Located in the Castello district of Venice, within easy walking distance of all the must-see sights of St. Mark’s Square ( 10 min), the local Punto supermarket for easy self-catering and to the vaporetto (water bus) stop at San Zaccaria on the Riva Degli Schiavoni waterfront.
