The house is spread on two floors, both done up in the typical Tuscan style: cotto tiles and beamed ceilings.
On the ground floor several window-doors lead to the garden, in this part of the house there is a lounge area with a large sofa and TV, a modern equipped kitchen, a small living room with sofa and fireplace and a spacious dining room with fireplace and large glass wall that makes the room pleasantly bright. There are also a shower room and a laundry room.
A wooden staircase leads to the first floor where the beautiful wood-boards floors enhance the beauty of the two double-bedrooms, a twin, a bathroom and a shower-room.
The large garden, that lies on two levels, is well-finished and always full of flowers. Perfect place to unwind enjoying the beauty of the landscape.
