This lovely 240 m² ( about 2400 sq ft) apartment in Rome, located on the fourth floor with elevator in a beautiful palazzo on the well known Via Margutta, close to the Spanish Steps.
This street is one of my favourites for taking photos - as it is the ‘quintessential rome” that you see in old Audrey Hepburn movies, lovely colours, ivy covered walls, and more… it became famous thanks to the movie “Roman holiday”. Thanks to an annual exhibition which makes it an open-air art gallery, it is known as the “artists’ street”, due to the many famous artists who have lived there- among them Federico Fellini, Giulietta Masina, Anna Magnani, and more.

This apartment in Rome is nicely furnished in a classic style, the apartment is on two levels: the lower one is comprised of a large and bright living room with dining area, a comfortable double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a bedroom with an armchair-bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with balcony and a toilet;

The upper level is accessible through an internal staircase. It consists of a second living room, a big balcony with table and chairs and two double bedrooms, each equipped with en-suite bathroom (one with shower, one with bath-tub).

Balconies and windows of both levels offer magnificent partial views over the church of Trinità dei Monti and the nearby roofs.
