This quintessential Tuscan farmhouse, recently beautifully restored to a high standard, offers the perfect setting for several couples and/or families as each bedroom has its own bathroom, all windows provide lovely views. Set on a hill, the property offers amazing views, the pool too has lovely views as it is set above the house, there is a large level garden.
Vacation Property Details
The three-story 6,000 sf house, made of local stone & chestnut wood, has floors of handmade Umbrian tile and is filled with charming antiques and custom made furniture complimentary to the house. There are bikes on site for our guests use.
Ground floor:
you enter through a lovely double glass doors, you will find a coat rack and bench, and Guest bathroom with marble sink. You enter into the spacious and beautifully furnished living room with air conditioning, 42" satellite TV, dvd/cd player, ipod dock, Wi-Fi throughout house and at pool, french doors with panoramic views.

There is a large well equipped kitchen - spacious with lots of counter space and an island, making this perfect for large groups, family gatherings or even a cooking class. There is a 'rustic' farmer table & benches for 12, a pantry, an outdoor cantina, 3 sinks, island, outfitted with a DeLonghi coffee maker, Miele dishwasher, microwave/steamer, Samsung large refrigerator/freezer with water/ice dispenser, filtered well water, Ilve professional oven & stove, granite counters, cantina, ceiling fan

This villa was amazing for our family reunion; we were various family groupings and the 6 bedrooms were set up in an ideal way to give everyone privacy; the large kitchen was perfect for all of us working together to produce memorable family meals, the living room well set up with good seating for everyone; the pool set just above the house was perfect as we did not worry about the newly walking grandchildren getting into the pool without us. The best was the amazing birthday dinner prepared for us - it was magical from the setup of the beautiful tables and decor, to the antipasto 'hour' outside in the loggia, using the pizza oven for fresh breads, the local charcuterie table was unrivaled, paired with prosecco, stuffed zucchini blossoms and more; then the 4 course tuscan dinner, with dessert, espresso, and limoncello - it was magical. We all thank you so much for this amazing memory.
