Ground floor: Ground floor: A large paved area, once the farmyard, leads into a large authentic tuscan room with stone walls, open beams and arches that offers a truly unique relaxing atmosphere thanks to the lovely large typical Tuscan fireplace.
This floor also contains another Kitchen equipped with all the necessary to cook for 20 people. Every kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine and oven at guest's disposal. From each of the kitchens and rooms it is possible to access the outdoor areas provided with all the necessary equipment for enjoying open-air lunches and suppers, as well as comfortable sun beds and hammocks in the private garden.
In the main fully equipped kitchen you will be able to prepare delicious Tuscan meals. At this floor there is also a suite charming suite; It consists of a lovely living room with fireplace and sofa, little kitchen and double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and bathtub. The Suite has Air Conditioning and mosquito screens.

First floor: There are 7 bedrooms with en suite private bathrooms:

• Il Contadino: double bedroom with a mezzanine floor and private indoor bathroom with shower.
• Il Garzone: double bedroom with large terrace with its splendid view of the Florentine countryside, private in door bathroom with shower.
• Il Guardia: room with private indoor bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi bathtub.
• Il Fattore: double bedroom furnished and decorated with Sun energizing colors, private bathroom with shower.
• La Massaia: double bedroom furnished with private bathroom with shower.
• Il Sensale: double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.
• Il Treccone: double room with twin beds that can be joined together if required. This floor also has a large lounge room with a fireplace at guest's disposal. All the bedrooms have a private bathroom, air conditioning, telephone, safe, Internet access, satellite TV and mosquito screens.

  Cottage Sleep 4: This is an independent apartment, adjacent to the main villa and it will be open only for Reservation of group of 20 people. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen (with oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine), a living room with fireplace, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and bathtub. What is unique to the cottage is the large loggia, the private garden and direct access to the swimming pool.

  Lower floor: Here you find the "Well-being" Center and Spa is located. It has a heated Jacuzzi pool, sauna, automatic Shiatsu massage bed, gym, 2 showers and a changing room. The wellness center is available exclusively to our guests. Massages and beauty treatments are available on request.

The property can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday.

    Location:The villa in Tuscany is located in the heart of Chianti, in a strategic position to visit all historical sites in Tuscany.
    Florence is at a distance of 30 km, Siena 45 km, San Gimignano 30 km, Pisa 90 km and Volterra 50 km. Closest towns are the medieval Barberino Val d'Elsa, Greve in Chianti, the “capital city” of Chianti Wine, and Certaldo, the birthplace of Giovanni Boccaccio.

Included: final cleaning; utility bills: water, gas and electricity (not the heating and air conditioning); house, pool and garden maintenance; Internet Wi-Fi; swimming-pool; spa (9 a.m. to 7 p.m. except on Sunday); 4 hours maid service/mid week towels change; parking, linens and towels.
Not included: - Heating (4,00 € per meter); air conditioning 0,50 € per meter (approximately 600,00 € per week if always on day and night); tourist taxes (from 1 March to 31 October): 10,50 € per person per week in the cottage.

Security Deposit: A deposit of 1.000,00 € is required at check-in. It will be returned after check-out in full, subject to deduction for damage caused and/or payment for additional services.
