Located on the third floor, with elevator near the river Arno, near shops, bars and restaurants in the area within an easy walk of the main cultural attractions in historic Florence.
The apartment (180 sq.mt / 1937 sq.ft) has 3 bedrooms,and 3 bathrooms: 2 with shower and 1 with bathtub.
As you enter the apartment you will find yourself in a stunning large and spacious living room, lovely classic decor, with a small 'den', including a piano, a fire place, a big flat screen TV and 3 comfortable sofas.
Connected to this amazing living room the guest will find the fully equipped kitchen, that hosts the dining area, and the first complete bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 burners, Large fridge,Freezer
Oven, microwave, coffee machine, Italian moka, dishwasher.
Off the living room you will find a small terrace and 2 bedrooms, one of which has its own ensuite complete bathroom and wardrobe.
Going back to the living room the guest will find some stairs that leads to the upper level.
On this level there is the last double bedroom, a small living room with sofa bed (futon style)and another complete bathroom.
There is a small exercise area with stationary bike.

Parking and Driving in Florence:
Florence city centre is a ZTL zone which means a “limited traffic zone” and therefore special rules apply to when you can enter this area. This particular apartment is in fact located within the ZTL zone so this means that if you are thinking of coming to Florence by car and wish to drive around and park, then you will need to pay special attention to the road signs, CCTV cameras and access cameras (they will show either a red/green light) in order to avoid receiving fines. Guests who need to travel within the ZTL zone by car to reach their apartment are advised to contact one of the private garages in the centre (the one nearest the apartment you are staying in) and obtain a temporary access permit. Upon arrival at the garage, guests must specify they need access for the ZTL and the garage will then note the vehicle’s number plate and forward it to the appropriate police headquarters.
