There is a well equipped kitchen area separated from the dining area by an large and elegant 19th C French kitchen counter. The kitchen has a 4 burners stove, Fridge and freezer, Toaster,Traditional oven, coffee machine,Kettle American Coffee Maker, and dishwasher.

In the living room there is an enormous library that takes up an entire wall. From the living room the guests can reach: the master bedroom with TV and a view of the dome of the Duomo and the bathroom in marble with a double shower.
In the living room there is also a staircase that leads to the second bedroom (with a comfortable pull put coach and closet) that has a bright studio furnished with a desk and another closet. There is second bathroom with an elegant bathtub. The apartment also has large attic that serves as the laundry area.

  Parking and Driving:Florence is not one of the easiest cities to travel to by car as the city centre is a ZTL zone which can be translated as a limited traffic zone. This particular apartment is in fact located within the ZTL zone so this means that if you are thinking of coming to Florence by car and wish to drive around and park, then you will need to pay special attention to the road signs, in order to avoid fines by the police. Special rules govern access into, as well as transiting and parking in this zone. Tourists who need to travel within the ZTL by car to reach their accommodation are advised to contact one of the private garages in the centre (the one nearest the accommodation you are staying in) and obtain a temporary access permit. Upon arrival at the garage, guests must specify they need access for the ZTL and the garage will then note the vehicle’s number plate and forward it to the appropriate police headquarters.
