This Palazzo dates back to the 16th century it has lovely original frescoes and wooden vaulted ceilings, completely renovated in late December 2010, the architects were able to preserve the original antique feeling whilst the furnishings inside the apartments are luxurious, modern and very comfortable.
The Palazzo consists of 7 elegant and luxurious fully furnished luxury suites ranging in size from a studio to 2 bedrooms all with Carrara marble bathrooms, free Wi-Fi internet, 42" LCD TV's and all the other modern comforts you would expect to find when traveling abroad. Each suite is spacious and modern and has its own living room and separate dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are large and bathrooms are decorated with Carrara marble. Each apartment is air-conditioned and also includes a washing machine and dishwasher.
Note for larger families or groups of friends there are other apartments in the same building. It is possible to rent multiple apartments for a group of friends or a large family, it can sleep up to 29 people.

This apartment is very large and has a beautiful long terrace that shows a complete view of the Duomo and Campanile Giotto. There are two master bedrooms of which one is in the loft on top of the living room. On the inside of one of the bedrooms there is a door that brings the guests to the third bedroom with a single bed and a large closet.
The living room has a pull out couch and an iron dining table, from here the guest can reach the well furnished marble kitchen. From both the kitchen and the living room can the guests reach the terrace where they can admire part of the city.
The fully equipped kitchen has a stove with 4 burners,Large fridge, Freezer,Toaster, Traditional oven, Kettle, American Coffee Maker,Coffee machine Dishwasher.

Parking and Driving: Florence city centre is a ZTL zone which means a “limited traffic zone” and therefore special rules apply to when you can enter this area. This particular apartment is in fact located within the ZTL zone so this means that if you are thinking of coming to Florence by car and wish to drive around and park, then you will need to pay special attention to the road signs, CCTV cameras and access cameras (they will show either a red/green light) in order to avoid receiving fines. Guests who need to travel within the ZTL zone by car to reach their apartment are advised to contact one of the private garages in the centre (the one nearest the apartment you are staying in) and obtain a temporary access permit. Upon arrival at the garage, guests must specify they need access for the ZTL and the garage will then note the vehicle’s number plate and forward it to the appropriate police headquarters.
