Located on the second floor, without elevator , 46 steps to reach this charming apartment in Florence. Just a short walk from Piazza Santa Spirito, the Boboli Gardens, Piazza Pitti, and Pontevecchio. The apartment has a lovely view of the dome of Cestello.
Classic apartment (100 sq.mt /1076 sq.ft) with 2 bedrooms that can sleep up to 5 people and has 2 bathrooms.
Inside the apartment, the guests will find themselves in the spacious and bright living room with TV and pull out couch. Then there is the well equipped kitchen with Fully equipped kitchen with 4 burner stove,microwave,dishwasher,Fridge,Freezer,Toaster,Traditional oven,American Coffee Maker,Italian Coffee Pot.
There is a functional dining corner.
To the left of the living room there is the first spacious bedroom with two single beds (can be joined together) and ensuite bathroom with a small bathtub.
While to the right of the kitchen there is a small studio with a single sofa bed ( low ceiling - height 1,80) that leads to the second master bedroom (or two single bed) with closet and ensuite bathroom with box shower. The ceiling of this room is only 2m high. It is a cosy, charming room - but tall person should be aware of height in this room. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the property, allowing for privacy between two couples - From one of the bedrooms there is a view of the dome of Cestello.

Parking & Driving:
Florence city centre is a ZTL zone which means a “limited traffic zone” and therefore special rules apply to when you can enter this area. This particular apartment is in fact located within the ZTL zone so this means that if you are thinking of coming to Florence by car and wish to drive around and park, then you will need to pay special attention to the road signs, CCTV cameras and access cameras (they will show either a red/green light) in order to avoid receiving fines. Guests who need to travel within the ZTL zone by car to reach their apartment are advised to contact one of the private garages in the centre (the one nearest the apartment you are staying in) and obtain a temporary access permit. Upon arrival at the garage, guests must specify they need access for the ZTL and the garage will then note the vehicle’s number plate and forward it to the appropriate police headquarters.
