This is a unique apartment (400 sq.mt / 4305 sq.ft) has 4 bedrooms, can host up to 7 people and has 5 bathrooms.

There are 3 double bedrooms, each one with ensuite bathroom and a small single bedroom, with ensuite bathroom as well: the stunning master bedroom, with double bed, is fully frescoed and has a private bathroom with bathtub, the big bedroom in the loft has a frescoed ceiling, two comfortable beds (that can be joined together) and ensuite bathroom with tub, the third bedroom hosts 2 comfortable beds and 2 ensuite bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub, then there is the last and small single bedroom ((more suited to a young man or child) because there is not much space due to the room being narrow and wardrobe occupying part of the space), this room is also connected to a bathroom with shower.

The apartment is furnished with precious fabrics, fine carpets and "objets d'art". There is a wonderful communal areas consisting of a living room with majestic tapestry, a second sitting room and further living room frescoed with corner bar, a large dining room with a table to seat for up to 7 people, a fully equipped kitchen, a cloakroom / ironing room, a bathroom for staff and a double bedroom.

  Parking and Driving in Florence - Florence city centre is a ZTL zone which means a “limited traffic zone” and therefore special rules apply to when you can enter this area. This particular apartment is in fact located within the ZTL zone so this means that if you are thinking of coming to Florence by car and wish to drive around and park, then you will need to pay special attention to the road signs, CCTV cameras and access cameras (they will show either a red/green light) in order to avoid receiving fines. Guests who need to travel within the ZTL zone by car to reach their apartment are advised to contact one of the private garages in the centre (the one nearest the apartment you are staying in) and obtain a temporary access permit. Upon arrival at the garage, guests must specify they need access for the ZTL and the garage will then note the vehicle’s number plate and forward it to the appropriate police headquarters.

Included: utilities (for rentals up to 30 days), bed linen and towels, final cleaning, condo fees, brokerage commissions, a maid service available for 2 hours a day for 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) who will clean the apartment discreetly between 9.00-13.00 including a change of bedding and towels for stays longer than 7 nights done once a week.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: city tax (2.50€ per person only over the age of 12 - per night for the first 7 nights).
Also excluded: utility bills (only for rentals over 30 days), expenses for the lease in Italian (under Italian law, for rentals over 30 days, the cost of which registration is equal to 1 % of the total rental fee, with a minimum of 35€ + 32€ brands of stamp duty).
