Located on the first floor, without elevator there are 27 steps to climb, of a building not far from Piazza Goldoni, as well Via Tornabuoni and many of the main sights of Florence.
A lovely decor - it feels like a private home with a strategic positioning of a few elegant antique and some nice little decor touches throughout. The use of colour, offset by the cream and white walls and furniture make for a lovely feel throughout.

This Florence apartment has recently been totally restored by the owners. It is about 90 sq.mt (968 sq.ft) with 2 bedrooms that can sleep up to 4 people and has 2 bathrooms.
The front door opens on the elegantly furnished and bright living room that has two large windows.

The living room leads to the well equipped kitchen and a hallway that leads to the bedrooms and other bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with stove 4 burners, Large fridge and freezer, Toaster, Traditional oven, Italian Coffee Pot, American Coffee Maker,dishwasher,ironing board/iron.
Note the hallway has a low lintel,so tall people - watch your heads...but it no way deters from this well laid out apartment.

The bathroom is a nice yellow color and is equipped with a shower. Then there is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and the other bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together to make a king sized bed.
Please note that the corridor that leads to the two bedrooms (4 meters long) has a maximum height of 1.72 meters.

Parking and Driving in Florence:Florence city centre is a ZTL zone which means a “limited traffic zone” and therefore special rules apply to when you can enter this area. This particular apartment is in fact located within the ZTL zone so this means that if you are thinking of coming to Florence by car and wish to drive around and park, then you will need to pay special attention to the road signs, CCTV cameras and access cameras (they will show either a red/green light) in order to avoid receiving fines. Guests who need to travel within the ZTL zone by car to reach their apartment are advised to contact one of the private garages in the centre (the one nearest the apartment you are staying in) and obtain a temporary access permit. Upon arrival at the garage, guests must specify they need access for the ZTL and the garage will then note the vehicle’s number plate and forward it to the appropriate police headquarters.
