Comfortable,beautifully furnished and spacious apartment, slanted exposed wooden-beamed ceilings and floors covered with terracotta tiles.
This rental apartment in Rome comprises an entry foyer,living room, master bedroom with built in closet space,ensuite bathroom with tub and wall mounted shower,a large eat-in kitchen and built in storage space.
You enter into a small foyer, from which you can see the entire length of the apartment. You enter into the Living room.
The living room has a comfortable sitting area with two sofas ( one is a sofabed that converts to a king sized bed to accommodate two additional guests.) plus comfy leather 'poufs' for sitting or just to rest your feet after a long day of walking around Rome. The Large living area is well lit with skylights and two large table lamps, there is a TV on the antique side board. Beyond the living room, you see the dining/kitchen area.
The Kitchen/dining area is charming, as the large glass covered table, features a wonderful sea shell collection. Every time you sit at the table you enjoy this lovely work of art. The kitchen is well equipped for the number of people in the apartment.
From the kitchen, you enter into the master bedroom, through which you reach the bathroom. The Queen sized bed is comfortable, with fresh, bright coverlet. ( note the left side of the bed, the ceiling slants - tall people take note).
Off the bedroom is a delightful tiny terrace - where you can sit and enjoy your evening glass of wine, or perhaps your morning coffee ( although I like to go to one of the nearby cafes and have a fresh cappuccino and croissant)
The apartment is located on the top corner,so you see the lovely exposed wooden beamed ceiling (note in the bedroom on one side it is somewhat slanted, tall people take note)

NOTE: There is an elevator in the building, there are 20 steps to reach the landing on which you find the elevator. This elevator gets to the third floor where G,F;D and E are located; In order to reach apartment G a short flight of stairs have to be climbed.
Apartments B and C are on the second floor, and apartments E F and D and G are on the third level. There are a short set of stairs between floors, or you can take the lift.

I have stayed in this apartment several times,alone, as a couple, and with 3 persons. It works well for a family or close friends, as there is only the one bathroom. It is well furnished and very comfortable. I enjoyed the open space, and having the little terrace. The bathroom needed a bit of work on the bathtub grout, which the owner tells me has now been fixed. On occasion, as in many places in Rome, I had to wait sometime for the water to get hot, but on subsequent trips there was no issue. You never know in Rome...it is not just this property. I particularly enjoy this apartment for its location.
