This is a very elegant, refined, comfortable and quiet two bedroom apartment. It is ideal for a family of three.
Apartment C is approximately 70 square meters (700 sq ft) located on the 2nd floor; a short flight of stairs to the elevator. (17 steps) Original terracotta tiles have been used throughout; very nicely furnished and with plenty of natural light coming in.
There is a fully equipped live in kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower, beautiful beamed ceiling and terracotta floors.
The second, single bedroom is sectioned off and a curtain separates it from the living room.
The lounge room has two sofas and a comfortable easy chair, an ideal room for relaxing. The separate master bedroom has furnishings with charming fabrics; carried through to the curtains and the single bedroom.( alcoved off the living area). There's a nice bathroom with shower. The kitchen is newly refurbished and has a small marble breakfast table for four people.
