This villa in Tuscany consists of about 330 square metres - obtained from the renovation of an ancient farmhouse in the heart of the Chianti area with private garden with barbecue and private swimming pool. Beautiful panoramic views of the hills and valleys of the area surrounded by the picturesque olive groves and scenic vineyards.

Ground floor: entrance, dining room, living room with fireplace; There is a lovely modern kitchen with country cabinets, Oven, dish washer, big refrigerator and freezer with ice maker,stove top, toaster; all the most modern appliances, good selection of cutlery and utensils ( all brand new);
On this floor there is also one 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with shower
First floor :
The first floor is split into two areas with access by two staircases:
First side of the villa: small living room with double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with bathroom
with shower (access from both the living room and from the bedroom);
Second side of villa: small living room with double sofa bed, 1 double broom with bathroom
with shower (access from both the living room and from the bedroom), 2 double
bedrooms with bathroom with shower.
There is a nicely furnished outside eating area, with beautiful panoramic views over the olive groves and beyond. A short walk through the olive groves leads to the well sited large pool.(6 x 13 meters) The owner has used artificial grass to make for lovely soft footing but avoid the issue of damp feet,

Note: Access to the house along 3,5 km of unpaved dirt; The villa setting is Private, however it is located below a small hamlet (same estate/owner) there are six rental apartments which are completely independent, own pool, entrance etc. has nothing to do with the villa, but is visible on arriving at the villa.
