The apartment (200 m² / 2152 ft²) has 3 bedrooms, can host up to 8 people and has 3 bathrooms.The entrance is large and spacious with lovely decor.
Continuing on the left there is the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a marble tiled shower.
From this room a french door opens out into the courtyard: it's ideal for relaxing after a long day.

After the first bedroom the guest will find the spacious living room that, despite there being no windows is quite bright thanks to the many lights. There is a large flat screen television.

From this large room a door leads into the well equipped kitchen and the living room which is bright thanks to the large patio door that leads out onto the inner courtyard, perfect for outdoor lunches or aperitifs.
Kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher,stove, fridge, coffeemaker, microwave.

There are two further bedrooms, each one has its own ensuite bathroom with shower. One of the two bedrooms has access to a further courtyard.

• The apartment is located near Piazza Santa Maria Novella, Piazza Goldoni and the River Arno. This area of Florence is less than a 15 minute walk to the main cultural attractions such as the Uffizi Gallery, the Duomo, the Bargello Museum, Piazza della Signoria and Palazzo Vecchio. The area is very close to the district in Florence known as the Duomo. The Duomo area constitutes the very heart of Florence and the area takes its name from Brunelleschi’s magnificent dome on the wonderful Santa Maria del Fiore cathedral. The Duomo neighbourhood offers an array of beautiful historical buildings and superb piazzas including the Mercato di San Lorenzo, the Piazza del Duomo and Piazza della Repubblica, famous for its attractive cafes, patisserie shops, live music, street performers and caricature artists.

  Florence city centre is a ZTL zone which means a “limited traffic zone” and therefore special rules apply to when you can enter this area. This particular apartment is in fact located within the ZTL zone so this means that if you are thinking of coming to Florence by car and wish to drive around and park, then you will need to pay special attention to the road signs, CCTV cameras and access cameras (they will show either a red/green light) in order to avoid receiving fines. Guests who need to travel within the ZTL zone by car to reach their apartment are advised to contact one of the private garages in the centre (the one nearest the apartment you are staying in) and obtain a temporary access permit. Upon arrival at the garage, guests must specify they need access for the ZTL and the garage will then note the vehicle’s number plate and forward it to the appropriate police headquarters.

Included in the price: utility bills for rentals up to 60 days, final cleaning, condo expenses, agency fee and taxes
Excluded from the price: utility bills for rentals over 60 days (charges based on meter readings); contract registration fee for rentals over 30 days. The contract is in the Italian language and the fee is equal to 1% of the total rental price (with the minimum fee being 33,50€) plus 30,00€ for revenue stamps.

Security Deposit: All clients staying up to 14 days will have to grant 300,00€ as deposit with a valid credit card, while for stays between 14 days and 60 days the guests will have to grant 1000,00€ as deposit with a valid credit card (prepaid cards are not accepted). For rentals over 60 days special conditions apply.
