Entrance to estate: Enter this villa on Lake Como through two pairs of larges gates which open onto a gravel driveway, surrounded by Mediterranean tress and flowers. 
At the southern side of the villa, there is a sheltered dining area with table and chairs for 10+ to dine (additional folding chairs available).  When entering by car at the northern gate there is parking for six cars.

1st Floor: All Bedrooms have air con and most have flat screen televisions with satellite, Safe in Master bedroom, cot available if required.

Master Bedroom with En Suite
Large elegant master king-size bedroom, furnished with antique bedroom suite. Two French windows opening onto long balcony overlooking the lake and trees.
En Suite Bathroom: Freestanding Victorian style bath, large walk-in shower, double basins and toilet.
Double Bedroom Suite
The suite comprises of a pretty double bedroom with hand painted furniture, French windows opening onto long balcony overlooking the lake and trees.
Adjoining Single Bedroom / Sitting Room
Hand painted furniture with single bed, pull out bed underneath, leading to charming en suite bathroom with corner bath.

2nd Floor
Large Twin Bedroom:
Large twin bedroom overlooking the lake, fireplace, traditional wood and marble furniture, complete with designer bedding (additional pull out bed stored)
En Suite Shower Room Stylish smart en suite shower room with combined access to the Games Room.

Games Room
Double sofa bed and two single day beds. Large TV with satellite, DVD, games console, music and assorted games etc. This room is flexible for up to 3-4 children to sleep and/or a perfect room for all the family to play and relax in.
Twin Bedroom:
Dual aspect twin bedroom with lake views, furnished with Italian wood and marble furniture, complete with modern bedding and accessories.
Shower Room Shower room with ceramic and glass fittings
Double Bedroom: Pretty, small double bedroom, views of garden & mountains, furnished with wood & silk.

Outside/gardens/pool:
This lake Como villa has a beautiful garden of almost an acre, the upper level has beautifully landscaped ½ acre of lawn surrounded with jasmine, fruit trees and shrubs with wonderful views of the lake which encases the 12m x 5m swimming pool.
The pool has wide graduated steps perfect for sun bathing or reading and lowers to pool depth of 1.2m.
Sun-loungers surround the pool which leads to a pergola with entwisted wisteria, table and seating for 12 people, barbeque, basin, fridge and shower so everything to hand!
Middle Terrace
A sunny wide terrace with table and chairs set amongst hydrangeas and palms. The terrace is reached by a grand stairway at the side of the villa or by a bridge opening from French windows on the first floor landing.

  Cleaning Team: Our long standing cleaner, also English speaking, she or one of her team will come in 5 days a week for a couple of hours to tidy up and clean the bathrooms etc.
  Our driver - who speaks perfect English, is available for any chauffeur requirements, an airport trip, a restaurant, a tour around the lake or trip to Milan!
  Alberto, our Italian chef will come a cook dinner for you and will include a cookery lesson too, if required.

  This vacation villa on lake Como is situated in the heart of the pretty lake side village of Laglio, 15 minutes from Como town. Laglio is one of a string of villages built on the Roman road framed on one side by lush green mountains and the sparkling lake on the other. Laglio is very well appointed with two excellent family run restaurants within 2 minutes walk of this villa on lake Como. There is also a small hotel, a bar, little beach and a selection of local shops including a ‘Gold Star’ winning delicatessen.
  Laglio hosts some beautiful 18th century and ‘Belle Époque villas, Villa Joanna is one such villa built over 100 years ago as a summer house for a Milanese family, Villa Oleandra, home to George Clooney is Laglio’s most famous resident and neighbour
