The terracotta floors, original beamed ceilings and stone fireplaces create an authentic and relaxing atmosphere. All of the bedrooms are en-suite and feature air conditioning, heating system and satellite TV. The two fully equipped kitchens are the perfect place to learn to cook Tuscan cuisine using produce from the vegetable garden. For those interested in eating out locally there is a fine restaurant within a 10 minute walk of the villa.

Lower Level On a lower level outside the annex is a game room with football table, treadmill, sauna and steam bath. The surrounding grounds are fenced for privacy and safety, containing lovely outdoor areas and a heated swimming pool with salt water overlooking the valley below.

Note - there are some dropoffs on certain parts of the property - so small children should be supervised.

There is a pergola by the pool equipped with fridge and TV, barbecue and pizza oven.
