The apartment is located on the second floor of a building (with lift) on a small street just around the corner from one of Florence’s most famous squares, Piazza della Signoria.
A lively square, the heart of Florence - where you will find the town hall of Florence, Palazzo Vecchio and many famous statues including the copy of the Michelangelo's David and the Neptune fountain.
The apartment is modern and functional 80 sq. m (861 sq. ft). It consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartment has been completely renovated and refurbished with great taste and style, and has been fitted with air conditioning.
The apartment consists of a bright living room complete with a white leather couch, LCD TV and hi-fi stereo, a black crystal dining table for 4 people and a fully equipped kitchen complete with fridge/freezer and microwave oven. The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds, both complete with en-suite bathrooms with shower.

Note: re parking and driving in Florence: The piazza cannot be reached by car . Only taxi cabs are allowed to drive up to the piazza. Florence city centre is a ZTL zone which means a “limited traffic zone” and therefore special rules apply to when you can enter this area. This particular apartment is in fact located within the ZTL zone so this means that if you are thinking of coming to Florence by car and wish to drive around and park, then you will need to pay special attention to the road signs, CCTV cameras and access cameras (they will show either a red/green light) in order to avoid receiving fines. Guests who need to travel within the ZTL zone by car to reach their apartment are advised to contact one of the private garages in the centre (the one nearest the apartment you are staying in) and obtain a temporary access permit. Upon arrival at the garage, guests must specify they need access for the ZTL and the garage will then note the vehicle’s number plate and forward it to the appropriate police headquarters.
Included/Excluded in Price
Included in the price: House linens (sheets & towels), utility bills for rentals up to 60 days, final cleaning, condo expenses and taxes;
Excluded from the price: utility bills for rentals over 60 days (charges based on meter readings); contract registration fee for rentals over 30 days. The contract is in Italian and the fee is equal to 1% of the total rental price (with the minimum fee being 33,50€) plus 30,00€ for revenue stamps.
