It has recently been completely restored by the owners, who live there most of the year, renting it only for two months in the summer

The original structure of the house dates back to the 14th century and it once belonged to the ‘Brothers’ of Certosa (Carthusian monks). Originally completely stone-built, it has now been restored and furnished to a very high standard, with all modern comforts.
The interiors are very light, with huge french windows on the ground floor, which open onto the garden and pergola. A particular feature of the property is the very attractive and well-positioned swimming pool area. Here, guests can dine under a shady and well furnished pergola, while enjoying beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. There is a small apartment at the back of the house, occupied by a British writer, who in no way interferes with guests’ privacy. Cooking classes available on request.
