This lovely Amalfi coast villa rental is situated in a gorgeous location just 1 Km outside the charming town of Ravello.
The town centre can be reached on foot along the 1 km road or along centuries years old stairways which climb up the hill and take directly to the main square where you will find all shops, very good restaurants , open air cafés and bus stops.
The property consists of 3 levels opening onto panoramic balconies or terraces that extends in front of all of the rooms. The terraces are furnished with ample supply of garden furniture and enjoy the most amazing view of the sea, the coastline and the surrounding villages that are scattered along the hills and valleys which have beautifully tended gardens and terraced fields, the most photographed view that has made Ravello famous all over the world as the town “suspended between the sky and the sea”.

The main entrance is on the top floor of the building which is composed of

Both the dining room and the two bedrooms have access to the balcony in front of them overlooking the expanse of the Mediterranean sea .On the left of the main entrance door , a spiral staircase with 17 steps and wrought iron railing goes down from the first floor to a spacious and light middle floor which is composed of an Open plan sitting room furnished with a wood dining table for 6, a seating area with two divans, wood fire place, armchair and TV.

A stairway of 16 wooden steps leads down to the ground floor , where there is a library room with a divan bed for one guest .At the ground floor you enter out onto a large patio furnished with a table. Wide arches frame the enchanting panorama and enclose the patio. From the patio you may reach a further large terrace on one side, on the other side is the stairways leading down into the garage

Access: Access to the villa is by means of a staircase of approx 25 shallow steps which goes down from the road where you can park your car and unload your luggages. From the garage instead there are about 45 steps that go up to the ground floor of the villa .
Distances: Within 10 minutes walk of the property is the main square of Ravello with all the necessary shops and services which will make your stay especially comfortable, including a pharmacy, post office, newsagent, grocery, wine and cheese shops, cafes and restaurants.
Near the main square is also the Sita bus stop to catch the buses that connect Ravello to Amalfi and the other towns along the Amalfi Coast
Amalfi and the beaches are just a bus-ride away (20 min.). Amalfi 7 Km , Minori 8 Km, Positano 24 Km , Salerno 29 Km, Sorrento 39 Km There is a nature path next to the Villa’s gate, which allows you to reach Amalfi or Minori on foot in about 40/45 minutes .
From Amalfi, boats and hydrofoils ply between Positano, Sorrento, Capri and Salerno. The services to Napoli and Ischia operate only during the spinning Summer season.
