This beautiful 17th century Tuscan farmhouse has been painstakingly restored and turned into a warm and welcoming country house that can accommodate up to 9 people. Special rate possible for only 7 persons; with addition of a nearby cottage could also rent for 11/13 persons.
Vacation Property Details
The villa develops on three level. On the ground floor there are 2 living rooms (with fireplaces) and sofa beds, TV, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom with shower, independent laundry room, with washing machine and cellar.
On the first and second floor, there are 3 double rooms, one room with single bed and 2 bathrooms with bathtub equipped with shower and one with shower. ( This area can be rented for up to 7 - without the next apartment described below)
In the central area of the Villa, there is an apartment on 2 floors, with independent access from the exterior staircase, entrance – dining-room,kitchenette - kitchen, living room (and fireplace) and, on the upper floor, double room with bathroom with bathtub equipped with shower.

Outside the large furnished garden overlooks the Valdichiana and the surrounding vineyards and olive groves let alone the places of the Trasimeno battle between Hannibal and the Romans.
The grounds include a child safe garden in front of the house with an adjacent, covered dining veranda Limonaia overlooking the pool area on the lower terrace, safely fenced in and complete with ample sun decking and a barbecue.Quiet but not isolated, the area is easy to access by car but is also suitable for walkers and cyclists.
A 12-minute walk will allow you to reach the nearby village provided with shops and restaurants.Lovely Pool area set in the garden - with beautiful views onto the olive groves and vineyards.

Very comfortable villa. Large pool cleaned every morning. Great view on Montepulciano valley. Hudge bedrooms with separate bathrooms. Good located for trips to Cortona, San Gimingnano, Montepulciano, Perugia, Siena. Train station and supermarket at 5 minutes.

It is a beautiful, private estate. You will need a car to get anywhere, but otherwise the location is ideal. Beautiful views, quiet.
