This lovely apartment a very well furnished four bedroom apartment in the historic centre is just the perfect rental solution in Florence.
The apartment has a wonderful 360° view over the city and Florence’s main tourist attractions and monuments. The building is located just behind Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi Gallery, just 5 minutes by foot from the Duomo and even less from Santa Croce.
The road is lined with typical artisan workcraft shops, food stores and restaurants as well as bread shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

The apartment is roughly 100sqm - A beautiful, well furnished luxury apartment and is ideal for families, with a total of 4 bedrooms: 2 double beds (which cannot be separated), 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom. There are 2 full bathrooms and one with just toilet.
Bright and spacious, this apartment is located on the 3rd and last floor of a building without lift. There are 66 steps to climb to reach the apartment, the stairs are steep.
From the entrance door you will find 16 steps that lead up to the actual apartment. To the left hand side of these stairs there is the first bedroom with twin beds, opposite this room you will find a living room of roughly 32sm, the dining room and well equipped kitchen corner.
From the living room a patio door opens onto a nice balcony perfectly furnished with a small table and two chairs. There is also a small laundry area here.
On the same level you will also find a bathroom with shower, a lovely master bedroom with ensuite small single bedroom (no door between bedrooms though). There are 3 small stone steps between both rooms. There is a small bathroom with just toilet and sink – no shower/bath facilities.
Between the living room and the further bedroom area there are 14 stairs which lead to the upstairs level of the apartment. On this second level you will find another spacious bedroom with walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower. The windows in this bedroom offer a lovely view over Florence including the Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, part of Santa Croce, Piazza Michelangelo and even the church of San Miniato.
