The 300 sq.m (3229 sq. ft) apartment, split on three floors, has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
Upon entering, the apartment opens up into a large and bright foyer leading to all the rooms of the house including the spiral staircase which leads up to the loft.
On the ground floor the first door to your right opens into the first double bedroom with two large windows providing lots of natural light, then you will find the study with a period desk and then the well equipped "eat-in" modern kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Large fridge and freezer, stove, Kettle,Oven,Toaster, American Coffee Maker, Italian Coffee Pot (Moka) and more;
Just further on, 3 steps up lead to a bathroom with shower furnished with very decorative blue and yellow tiles.
2 steps further on lead you to a bedroom with french bed (max 150 cm wide) with a curtain canapy, which is ideal for a guest or for a child.
Back to the main floor the next door along is a ample closet, then you have the elegant master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room.
The master bedroom also has a separate access to the living room.
In the middle of the apartment you will find the welcoming 50 sq.m (538 sq. ft) living room with two very comfortable couches positioned in front of a 42” LCD TV, antique pieces of furniture, beautiful wooden panelled ceilings and a superb tapestry depicting the map of the world. The living room is also classed as the dining room and houses a wonderful antique wooden table with seating for up to 10 people.
The living room also looks onto the beautiful internal courtyard which is the perfect spot for reading a good book or relaxing whilst drinking a glass of wine.

Climbing the staircase you will find an open loft space home to a walk-through room with a single sofa bed (classed as the fifth bedroom), ideal as a "kids space" and the third double bedroom.

Parking Florence city centre is a ZTL zone which means a “limited traffic zone” and therefore special rules apply to when you can enter this area. This particular apartment is in fact located within the ZTL zone so this means that if you are thinking of coming to Florence by car and wish to drive around and park, then you will need to pay special attention to the road signs, CCTV cameras and access cameras (they will show either a red/green light) in order to avoid receiving fines. Guests who need to travel within the ZTL zone by car to reach their apartment are advised to contact one of the private garages in the centre (the one nearest the apartment you are staying in) and obtain a temporary access permit. Upon arrival at the garage, guests must specify they need access for the ZTL and the garage will then note the vehicle’s number plate and forward it to the appropriate police headquarters.
