This beautiful Amalfi vacation villa is located along the coastal road about 3 km from Amalfi town centre, one of the most enchanting spots of the Amalfi coast.
Surrounded by green olive groves, pine trees and many other Mediterranean plants all cascading down to the sea, it has ample terraces on three different levels covered by a violet bougainvillea pergolas, with outdoor furniture, in built seatings, marble tables and garden seats which provides a very comfortable setting areas for al fresco meals.
More paved terraces and gardens planted with pink and red geranium, are situated around the property; the swimming pool, set on the terrace at the third and lower level, is surrounded by a spacious terrace with terracotta floor, 12 sun loungers, 2 showers, shaded area with dining table and chairs for 12 .

The property, with floors in Vietri majolica tiles, comprises a main house with 4 bedrooms and a separate annex with 2 double bedrooms (both bedrooms can be made up as two twin bedrooms) each with en-suite bathroom with wall mounted shower.
The sitting room tiled with Vietri majolica tiles has been furnished in elegant coastal style with a beautiful and precious crystal table, ample and comfortable sofas and chairs and French windows to the terrace with in built seating, wicker chairs with round marble table and sea views.
The bedrooms, furnished in a modern and tasteful coastal fashion, open through French doors to the terraces, courtyards or balconies where one can escape to relax and enjoy the views or take in some sun .

Entrance from the main road into the parking spot with space for 2/3 cars:
From the parking, the main entrance of the villa leads to a small lounge area with door to the spacious master bedroom. It is furnished with a double bed and a sofa bed convertible into a single bed. It has en suite full bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, TV, in built wooden robe, old chest of draw and sliding iron shutters opening to the lovely balcony with blue printed tiles, sun loungers and sea view.
From the lounge area a stone staircase (20 steps) take down to the spacious dining/sitting room with sofas for 12, satellite TV, precious crystal chandelier, crystal table seating 6 people and sliding iron shutters opening to the terrace with in built seating, blue and yellow printed tiles, wicker chairs, round marble table 4 seats and sea views.
On the left of the sitting room a small corridor leads to 2 double bedrooms, each with en-suite full bathroom with shower. The larger bedroom has windows with sea views, the other has French doors opening to a side terrace.
On the right of the sitting room is: A fourth spacious bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and windows with sea views.
There is a Dining room with table seating up to 14 people, precious crystal chandelier and fridge with large selection of local wine. It has a door opening to the kitchen and another door opening directly to the terrace equipped with round ceramic table seating 14 people with wicker chairs and barbecue.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with 8 gas rings, American refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and French window opening directly to the terrace.
Dependence with 2 bedrooms with curved ceiling (both bedrooms can be made up as two twin bedrooms), both with TV, floor tiled with orange printed tiles, windows to back of house, blue French doors opening to the terrace. Each bedroom has en-suite bathroom with shower and doors to the terrace.
From this terrace 19 steps up to the parking area and 15 steps down to the second level, (reachable also from the sitting room through a stair of 12 steps) covered by bougainvillea pergola, with outdoor furniture, ceramic dining table 12 seats, garden seats, in built seatings and outside lightings.
3 steps down to a further terrace with garden seats and rocking chairs surrounded by palms, green olive groves, pine trees and splendid views over the sea.

The 2 nearest restaurants are situated at about 300 mts far from the villa. All essentials ( bars, shops, banks, and post office) are situated in Amalfi town centre.
Bus stop marked SITA to Amalfi ( 15 min ) and Positano ( 35 mins ) on the main road. Ferries and hydrofoil ply daily from Amalfi to Capri (1½ h.), Positano (20 min.), Ischia (2½ h) and Salerno (1 h.). The services operate only during the Summer.
