This charming B&B consists of several historic buildings in central Florence, just a short walk to the major sights of Florence.
Antica and Residenza are located near each other, both set in historic homes that preserve the atmosphere of a private manor setting.
Very nicely furnished with a mix of antiques and modern furnishings, several of the bedrooms have canopy beds, and large windows ( that open!- I love to have fresh air at night); All modern amenities are present - air conditioning, Internet connections - hair dryers, and more
Residenza J - consists of only 8 bedrooms and is furnished with antique furniture from an aristocratic home. Special attention was given to the bathrooms in marble and hand-crafted tiles.
Antica DF - ( the remaining photos) - only 6 bedrooms - it is very nicely furnished, using lovely coloured silk and other precious fabrics, cotto floors, elegant four-poster beds in a typical Florentine atmosphere. a historical building dating back to the 17th century that has been restored to its historical splendour, through a careful renovation using original materials and articles.
Each room is unique and painted in a different colour, using natural earth tones to create an individual - not 'cookie cutter' feeling.
Antica J - Situated on top of a 19th century palazzo, it is full of light, with rooms all uniquely designed and decorated with soft hues of natural earth and mineral pigments. For example, the curtains and canopies of the four-poster beds are made out of precious oriental silk, while pure linen from Florence’s renowned “Busatti” is used to decorate the breakfast hall and living rooms.
This property is ideal for a few nights stay in Florence, breakfast is included. For a larger group or family it is possible to rent the whole structure or even all of the B&B's together.
