Bandol

Villa Bandol is an attractive stone farmhouse that has been beautifully restored, retaining its original Provencal features and providing guests with optimum comfort during their stay.
This Villa, nestled amongst olive groves, pine trees, chestnut trees and vineyards, is located on la route des vins de Bandol.
It can be found in a wonderful position on the side of a hill, accessed by a winding drive at the end of a private road, providing privacy with a gate and fenced perimeter.
The property is situated between the perched villages of La Cadière and Le Castellet, offering lovely views of the surrounding Var countryside.

This charming house is enjoying a south exposure and composed of two buildings related to each other through a flat stones esplanade located in the back of the house, in an upper part of the garden.

Main house: ( it is deeper than is wide): On the ground floor there is a bright lounge living/dining room with lovely beamed ceiling, a large fireplace and access through French doors to a broad terrace under chestnut trees and the garden.
It has comfortable sofas, satellite TV and a table seating 8. You will find this to be a nice room in which to relax, read or dream.

From the entrance, a hallway leads to a very well equipped and colourful kitchen with American Fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven, gaz and electric hob, dishwasher, utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, etc… Powder-room nearby

An inside staircase takes you to a first floor where there are three double bedrooms: Master bedroom with 1,60m bed, bathroom en-suite with tub, separate shower, two wash-basins and toilets;
2 double bedrooms, each with 1.60m beds (one has an independent access from the back of the house) are sharing the same bathroom with shower. Separate WC.

In la “petite maison” there is 1 double bedroom with 1.60m bed, bathroom en-suite with shower and WC.
With no doubt, the highlight of your stay in Villa Bandol, will be to enjoy its SPA: located in the main building and opening onto the garden, this space is devoted to well-being and offers a large Jacuzzi tub and adjacent lounge with a Moroccan twist adorned with sofas and cushions, separate toilet and cloakroom

The grounds (approx 1hectare), planted with fantastic greenery and flowers, also feature an immaculately kept English garden.

Great swimming pool with shaded relaxing area is accessible with steps. Lots of sun and lots of shade!
