This Roman apartment rental is a large spacious (95sqm ) apartment. It is situated on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of a beautifully renovated 18th century Palazzo in the centre of Rome, only a few steps from the famous Spanish Steps.
Enter from a hall into a large central living/dining room with a large flat-screen television (no English language channels are available), sofa and dining table to seat four.
There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with twin beds (they can be transformed into a double bed) and a third one with a double bed. Every bedroom has an ensuite-Bathroom with a shower.
There is a new, very well equipped kitchen with a breakfast table.
Amenities: a washing machine, dish washer, AC, Italian TV and telephone/internet connection.
This is a delightful area, just a few streets over from the famous Via Condotti ( "the" place for shopping long before Rodeo Drive),the Spanish Steps are nearby too; an easy walk to Trevi Fountain, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Navona; The street itself has many small shops and cafes; I particularly like the little 'deli' style shops where you can buy fresh pasta, some pesto, fresh cheeses and Prosciutto or salami - and voila...dinner is ready.. then get a nice bottle of wine nearby ...you are all set; after dinner - leave the apartment and join the Romans on the nearby streets, walk to Giolotti for the best gelato (ice cream) in Rome.
