This is a brand new apartment above Argegno, 5 minutes drive from the lake front, there is a foot path taking you to Argegno.
The apartment is part of a new complex in the above Lake Como, hence is very cool in the summer months with a stream running close by.
The apartment has been furnished very tastefully with modern design furnishings; it consists of 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom, open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, which has been cleverly designed so that the living area can easily be converted into a sleeping area, with it's own closest and TV with satellite receiver.
There are also 2 single 'futons' also very comfortable in this area.
The kitchen,/dining area, leads out onto the private terrace with lake views and is fully equipped, so that in summer months, you will have plenty of outdoor space for relaxing and dining, in the peaceful surroundings.
Adjoining the living area is the second bathroom with shower unit. Both bathrooms are finished in Italian tiles and granite floors.
The shared open air pool, is just a couple of steps away from the apartment.

This Lake Como vacation rental has wonderful lake views, foot path to the lake and town of Argegno where there are shops, restaurants, and everything you could want. The apartment has all amenities and has been carefully designed by the owners, no detail has been left out.
