Staff: a permanent staff of 4 is at the service of the guests six days a week (Sunday is off unless pre-arranged.)
Daily maid service with 2 chambermaids: they clean the Manor every day and serve the guests at breakfast, lunch and dinnertime. - Chef service: 4 lunches and 4 dinners per week on the guests' chosen days. Food shopping: based on our shopping list the client will have selected all the errands needed prior to his arrival.( Groceries at cost) Champagne cocktail reception on day of arrival - It is also recommended that the client order a dinner to be served that day.
- Breakfast service: Breakfast is ready every day as of 8:30 am.
- The up-keep of the garden and pool maintenance:
- The handyman/gardener cleans the swimming pool and the terraces every day.

The house is situated in complete privacy at the end of a mile long drive, shaded by ancient plane trees and bordered by orchards.
It is surrounded by terraces and four acres of gardens and lawns.
A swimming pool (17 x 7.5m) is fenced for the safety of young children, and can be heated on request. There is also a boules court.
A large barn to the left of the house has been converted into a 7 car garage but, can also be a vast reception room welcoming celebrations for anniversaries, weddings, cocktail parties or even a music performance...The accommodation comprises a main house, sleeping 10 people, and a guest house next door, with summer kitchen and accommodating a further 4 people.
The guest house, separated from the main house by a terrace of approximately 10 metres in width, is located close by the swimming pool and has a more simple décor which makes it particularly suitable to young people or to the renters staff.The interiors were completely and luxuriously refurbished in 2003 in a highly refined French country style. The 1500 square feet main salon has a 40’ ceiling and a sweeping staircase to a mezzanine with a wet-bar and seating, an American billiard table and a study with telephone, fax and internet.
The library, under the mezzanine, has a huge 17th century fireplace and a large collection of English and French books and CDs.
Thick stone walls keep the house cool, even on hot summer days. For winter rentals, all the ground floor rooms and the mezzanine have heated floors.The bedrooms all have air conditioning and heating and are furnished with a combination of French antiques and Provençal fabrics but with a British spirit

Full Service and breakfast service included in rental price , but no Chef This option is not available in July and August.
Under this option the handyman and 2 full time chambermaids are available to serve the renters. Daily maid service with 2: all the rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned every day (except Sunday) and the staff sets the table and cleans the kitchen after each meal prepared by the client;

Not included in rental price: – Téléphone – Electricity – Food and beverages – Personal laundry (15 Euro/load and 20 Euro/hour for ironing), – Additional lunches prepared by the chef, which are 220 Euros each and 280 Euros/dinner – Gratuities (the staff expects 100 to 200 Euros/week/person although some guests are far more generous.)
Note: As a reminder clients should be aware that they might need between 2,000 and 3,000 Euros per week in cash. ATMs in Avignon are known to be an unreliable source of cash.Both Avignon and Orange, with their architectural treasures, music and theatre festivals, are close by, and within half an hour there are 2 golf courses and 8 Michelin 1-star restaurants.
It is a wonderful central base for exploring Provence, with the hill towns of the Alpilles, the Luberon, Arles and Aix en Provence, all within an hour’s drive.
