Sleeps 2 - 34 persons. There are several different units, various sizes, can be rented by the night or the week - individually or the whole estate. There are a total of 17 bedrooms, of which 11 are double and 6 are twins. 9 bedrooms have air conditioning (at extra cost).

This little Borgo forms part of a well known olive oil producing estate very near Lucca. There are several villas on the property (separate listings) as well as this enclave of building, charmingly restored into several large bedroom suites - which can be rented separately or together, by the night or the week.

The gardens are beautifully landscaped, lovely setting near Lucca.
The restoration was meticulously carried out - keeping the lovely ancient beams, using authentic materials throughout. This property has a true Tuscan feel,decor has been thoughtfully executed with lovely soft colours and fabrics.
The Contessa's lovely old Hermes and Ferragamo scarves are beautifully framed and decorate the dining room.
All bedrooms have bathroom en-suite and bedrooms at Fienile, Fienilino and the suite in Bruschini have air conditioning.

Fienile B : Sleeps up to 6 people, 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, sitting room and kitchen;
Details:This building was at one time, a hayloft above and stalls for animals below but has recently been converted into a modern house with spacious light rooms. All rooms have air conditioning.
Ground floor: Consists of an entrance hall with double sofa bed, a little bathroom, 1 double bedroom with bathroom en suite, 1 twin bedroom with bathroom en suite
First floor:
A very large room with sitting room at one end with entrance onto the garden and at the other end a kitchen and a large dining table and chairs; there is also 1 double bedroom with bathroom en suite
Fienilino: Sleeps 4 people, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and kitchenette;
This small building once part of the farm was transformed into a small charming holiday house ideal for a family with children. It is on 2 levels, both of which have their own exit onto a private garden. There is air conditioning in all the rooms.
Ground floor: consists of a small kitchen and eating area; 1 twin bedroom with bathroom en suite
First floor: 1 double room with bathroom en suite and exit onto the gardens by the swimming pool
Rosina: Sleeps up to 8, 1 suite with double bedroom and twin bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, sitting room/kitchen;
Rosina is an old farmers house that has been very nicely restored. There are 4 spacious bedrooms each with a private bathroom.The kitchen and sitting room has two doors leading out onto a patio where you can eat outside.
Ground Floor: Consists of a Sitting room with fireplace, kitchen, and 1 double bedroom with bathroom en suite
First Floor: Here you find - 1 double room with bathroom en suite,a suite with one double bedroom, a double bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom
Iole: Sleeps up to 6 people, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, sitting room/ kitchen. Double bedroom with independent access;
This charming farmhouse is situated under the shade of a large mulberry tree, recently restored but maintaining the old character of the house. In front of the sitting room there is a private garden where you can eat in the shade of the huge tree.

Bruschini: Sleeps up to 10 people, 3 double bedrooms and 1 suite with double bedroom and twin bedroom.
One of the oldest buildings on the estate that has remained intact maintaining the old atmosphere of an old farmhouse.
This charming property has a large kitchen and a sitting room with fireplace. It is on various levels and the top floor can be independent. In fact the top floor bedroom has its own kitchen. All rooms have air conditioning. There is a garden with terrace for outside dining.
Ground floor: Consists of a large kitchen with open fireplace,large dining room with open fireplace and entrance into the garden
Mezzanino:
Here there is 1 double room with bathroom en suite, and a twin bedded room with bathroom en suite
Attic: Consists of an apartment with sitting room and small kitchen, 1 double bedroom, and 1 bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom

Amenities: For all the properties, Clients have free use of the communal swimming pool and the tennis court.
Guests can also use the services of the guest only Restaurant offered on request with recipes taken the long time family recipes.
Distances:
Lucca area is a good location for visiting many sights in Tuscany, although it does take somewhat longer if you want to visit Chianti, Siena and further south. Please ask us for details.
There is a small village nearby has a coffee bar (1 KM);
Lucca - 25 minutes by car; ( can request taxi pickup to take you to the train station for easy trips to Florence or Cinque Terre;
Pisa - 50 minutes ( Pisa airport a little less time); we can arrange driver pickup and drop off to Pisa airport but recommend having a car at this location.
Florence - 1.15 hrs by car;
(possible to take train or bus from Lucca centre);
Rome or Venice: about 3.5 - 4 hours - straight driving, no stops; longer for leisurely drive;
For larger groups, weddings, reunions and more, consider renting one of the large villas - Buonvisi, il Leccio, or Casa Maria . This little Borgo is ideal for guests who may join you for only a few days.
