  Vacation Property Details

  This Italian style, contemporary house is nestled in a pine forest and has a splendid view over the Aix countryside. It was recently renovated, with comfort, taste and a respect for the well being of those who choose to spend their vacation here.
  Large living spaces, Sienna-colored walls, glass doors opening onto a terrace on the south side, terra cotta tiles, and beyond that a pool with reflections of the parasol pine trees that surround it. Wooden garden umbrella.

  The living room extends into a dining room, spacious, with high ceilings. Field stone fireplace, beige ceramic tile flooring. An interesting assortment of sofas, period and contemporary furniture. Glass, metal and wood blend harmoniously.
  Paintings, water colors and engravings decorate the walls. Unusual objects add interesting touches.

  The dining area adjoins an extremely well-equipped kitchen. Espresso machine, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove. Bistro table for breakfast dining. Lots of shelves. The back door opens to the pine grove.

  Nearby, under a staircase is the washer and separate toilet.
  In an independent section, located on the ground floor and accessible from the entrance, is the Lila bedroom: two beds, 80 cm, attached. Rustic furniture. Close by is a pretty beige shower room.

  Elegant wood railing on the stairway that leads upstairs, where there are 3 bedrooms with soft colors, elegantly furnished and decorated, two bathrooms with toilets. One has tub, shower, bidet, sink and toilet. The other has shower, sink and toilet. Heated towel racks. Hair dryer.

  The Straw Room, on one side of the house. 2 attached beds, 90 cm. Pretty quilt in the same pale yellow color.
  
  The Lavender Room faces south and has a spectacular view. 2 attached beds, 90 cm. A serene decor with pastel shades.

  Mezzanine nicely furnished with antiques and lovely fabrics. From this mezzanine one overlooks the entrance rooms and one can reach the Coquelicot Room, facing south and overlooking the pool.
  Two separate beds, 80 cm. A darling small room, perfect for children. Bright Provencal colors.
