This charming Bastides is found on the picturesque road to Vauvenargues, 10 km from Aix-en-Provence, in a setting reminiscent of the Alpilles Mountains, surrounded with rocks and pine trees, dominated by Mt. Ste. Victoire -- a charming white country manor with blue shutters. The famous village of Vauvenargues with Picasso's chateau, and Bernard Buffet's estate, is just 1km away. There, you will find a well-stocked grocery store, a bakery and a restaurant.
An automatic gate opens to allow access onto the property. You arrive in the back of the building with its beautiful old door.

In the entry, there is a guest powder room on the left. Then a large living room facing south, with glass doors leading out onto a gravel terrace. This terrace has a trellis and faces a pine forest. Old-style furnishings, sofa and large sofa chairs. Big dining table.

Close to the living quarters, there is a new master bedroom (1,60m bed) with shower room en-suite, 2 wash basins and toilets. This charming bedroom connects to the gravel terrace through French windows

A large, luminous kitchen has high-quality appliances: refrigerator/freezer, oven, induction burners, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric coffee machine, dryer and washer in the pantry. This kitchen also opens onto a front terrace and, on the side, to a well-sheltered summer dining area. Beautiful teak piece of furniture and large gaz BBQ.

A large stairway goes to the first floor, where there are 5 bedrooms: A Master bedroom with double bed - 1.60m x 2m
In each of the four other bedrooms, there are twin beds and trundle beds, 90 x 2 m and 90 x 1.90 m.
On this floor, there is a complete bathroom (bathtub, shower, 2 sinks), a separate room with shower, sink and toilet.

Throughout the house: shelving, fine fabrics, lovely Provencal decor and old-style furniture. Lots of space and light.

The garden is a feast for the eyes: lavender, cypress trees, oleander, acacia and a beautiful pine forest.
The swimming pool is quite large: 11 x 6 m, plus a Thalasso corner. The surrounding terrace is large.
