This apartment is found on the third floor with elevator (20 steps to the apartment) and it is very bright. The large private terrace (some 120 sq ft) offers a wonderful view over the historic centre of Florence.
The apartment (230sqm) has four bedrooms and four bathrooms and it can accomodate 10 people.
The apartment is on two levels: as you enter, you will find: the entrance, the living room with dining area and access to the panoramic terrace, the fully equipped kitchen, the dining area is next to the kitchen.
Also on this level is the first double bedroom (queen size bed) with bathroom en suite with shower, the second twin bedroom with bathroom en suite with shower, the master bedroom with closet and en suite bathroom with shower. The twin and the master have a wonderful view on the Duomo.
After few steps the fourth bathroom with shower and upstairs in the tower the panoramic twin bedroom. Two single pull out sofa can be prepared upon request.
There is Independent heating, Air conditioning, TV, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, crockery, hairdryer, washing machine. Linen for bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.
Note re cars:
when in Florence it is best NOT to have a car. If you are going on to Tuscany or elsewhere in Italy after Florence, we recommend renting the car when you have finished your stay in Florence - please talk to our experts about vehicles in Florence.
Not only is on-street parking in Florence extremely difficult to find but also since the historical centre (including the area where the apartment is located) is in the ZTL (a restricted traffic zone) non-residents are prohibited from entering the city centre and driving around during certain hours. Unrestricted access is only granted between the hours of 7.30pm and 7.30am Monday - Saturday (times subject to variations depending on the period of year). We advise you to leave your car in one of the several private garages in the vicinity as most garages will be able to provide you with a 1 hour permission to enter the centre during the restricted hours (only to drop off/pick up luggage).
