Frattina A is a lovely, bright apartment in the historic centre of Rome; located on the Via Frattina, only two minutes you are at the Spanish Steps.
This is one of five apartments located in a grand Roman Palazzo,the apartments are off a well kept common hallway. This meticulous apartment with Roman terracotta floors throughout, is bright and pleasant with a comfortable living area, simply and tastefully decorated, with traditional styled natural wooden furniture, a dining table,chairs and a sofa, which converts to a bed for one person.
The double glass doors open to a lovely secluded terrace surrounded by greenery, simply furnished with white wrought iron furniture;a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or an apperativo after a long day of enjoying all that Rome has to offer.
A spiral staircase takes you to a beautiful queen sized bedroom, with tastefully chosen matching furnishings in warm colors, the exposed angled beamed ceiling adds a romantic touch to this room. as does the 'ship-style' oval window.
There's an en-suite bathroom with a roomy shower and high quality fittings including a heated towel rack.
The kitchenette is fully equipped and designed for preparing snacks, or a coffee in the morning, allowing you to take advantage of the many restaurants surrounding this central location.

This vacation apartment in Rome is wonderfully located. If shopping is part of the plan this is the area, with the greatest variety of fashion and jewelry stores.
The world famous Via Condotti is just two streets over, Via Frattina boasts many lovely shops; For sightseeing you can easily walk to many of the major sights from here;
The Spanish Step are less than 5 min walk from here; the Piazza del Popolo and Piazza Venezia about 20 minutes; the Trevi fountain is about 10 minutes, the Pantheon about 20 min and more...
Frattina A has double doors which can open to an Frattina C almost identical; together they accommodate 6 people in both apartments. Good for a family or a larger group.
