Casa Nina,extremely spacious and light. It is situated in the higher part of Praiano from where there are amazing views of the Amalfi coast and the lovely blue sea.
Casa Nina is a 2 storey home, very nicely furnished.
You enter into a large hallway that opens into the living area, you can see the view from the wide terrace doors.
The house is a mix of antiques, modern furnishings and all modern amenities to make for a comfortable stay.The modern bathrooms are beautifully tiled and the kitchen will delight those with a passion for cooking.
A spacious roof terrace , various balconies , terraces and a lawned garden , provide perfect spots to relax and enjoy al fresco meals. To me this is the key feature of this apartment!
Summary The apartment is about 1200 sq feet. ( 120 sq.m.) From the Entrance into a small hallway which leads to a lovely dining area with arch divider to a spacious sitting room which has an open fireplace, comfortable sofas, satellite TV, telephone and doors to the lovely balcony with beautiful view of the promontory of Praiano.
Adjacent to the sitting room is a door leading to the master bedroom with TV , doors to the balcony and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. On the opposite site is a spacious attractive kitchen /diner having large cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, and glass door leading into the large flower garden furnished for eating al fresco.
Again from the entrance internal stairs lead to the upper floor with a double bedded room with en-suite shower room and doors leading to a glorious furnished terrace with sea view.
Amenities:: Air conditioning/reverse heating ( bedrooms only) , central heating throughout, washing machine, satellite TV , pay phone, radio/CD-player.
There is a Mandatory cleaning fee, payable locally 100,00 euros per week including cleaning with change of linen on Saturday.
Maid service: on request on confirmation of booking, payable locally. Approximately 10 Euros per hour
Parking is available on request on confirmation of booking , at a nearby private garage ( 250 mts far from the house ) , at a weekly cost of Euro 100,00 to be paid locally
Electricity: payable locally according to consumption at Euro 0,42 per kwh

istances: A very good general food shop can be reached within a moments walk, bars and restaurants are within 15 mins walk or can be reached using the convenient public transport service. The pebble beach at Praia can be reached not only on foot in about thirty minutes , but also by car or, in the summer months, by public transport.
The inlet , enclosed by high cliffs , is home to several restaurants offering excellent local cuisine, boat hire service and a sub-aqua school.
Positano is 7 Km away and can also be reached by public transport service in order to avoid the problem of finding a parking space.
