This apartment is located on the fourth floor without elevator (94 steps) and it is very bright. It has been very nicely restored - modern and elegant style. The large windows offer a beautiful view of Palazzo Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery.

The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and it can accommodate 5 people.
As you enter you will find a large living room with couches on one end and a dining table on the other. In the dining room there is a large window that allows for a pleasant view of the Palazzo Vecchio.
Next there is the fully equipped kitchen that also has another smaller table.

The double bedroom with twin beds is next to the kitchen and has an ensuite bathroom with shower.
Across from this bedroom is the master bedroom that has a decorative fire place and a large window with another spectacular view of the Palazzo Vecchio.
The single bedroom is next to the double bedroom and also has a large window. Next to it is the last bathroom that has a shapely jacuzzi and shower. Upstairs there is a useful laundry area.
Upstairs you will find a useful laundry area. Floors are in parquet and "cotto fiorentino" and there are beamed ceilings.

Location: The apartment is located within Duomo district in Florence’s historic city centre. The Duomo area constitutes the very heart of Florence and the area takes its name from Brunelleschi’s magnificent dome on the wonderful Santa Maria del Fiore cathedral. The Duomo neighbourhood offers an array of beautiful historical buildings and superb piazzas including the Mercato di San Lorenzo, the Piazza del Duomo and Piazza della Repubblica, famous for its attractive cafes, patisserie shops, live music, street performers and caricature artists. Furthermore, the area is surrounded by the city’s main cultural attractions, notably Piazza della Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio, the Bargello Palace and Casa Buonarroti, the former home of Michelangelo, not to mention the Uffizi Gallery and the museum dedicated to the city’s cathedral “Museo dell'Opera del Duomo”.
