main villa On the ground floor is a large living/dining room with a stone fireplace, a big wood table and a beautiful kitchen wth all the typical features of traditional Tuscan kitchens, two bathrooms with shower. There are three double bedrooms, one with private bathroom, are all furnished with very nice authentic tuscan furniture.
The first floor has a cosy living/dining room with lovely warm hues chosen for the walls and furnishings;
There are two double bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom), two bathrooms with shower, a gallery with a double bedroom which can be easly converted into a twin.
The third property, a few steps from the main house, is built on two floors. The ground floor is accessed by a beautiful loggia fitted with a small wrought iron table, ideal for delicious breakfasts en plein air.
The loggia leads into a bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed where you can relax while reading a book or watching tv.
A stone staircase leads into the the fully fitted kitchen and then leads on to the first floor where there are a double ensuite bedroom and a half-bathroom.
