This spacious apartment in Chianti is located in a recently restored wine estate. Its spacious and impressing farmhouse dates back to the 16th century. The winery extends over 20 ha and offers wine and olive oil tastings to their guests.
The recent restoration has created six comfortable and cosy country homes in walking distance to the town of Greve in Chianti with its restaurants, shops, wine bars and the Saturday morning market.

This Chianti wine estate is situated right on the site of the old Roman road that connected Florence to Siena, is an ideal departure point for short walks along a path to the nearby town of Greve in Chianti, a centre of history and art, with a splendid piazza, numerous shops selling local handicrafts and food and wine, as well as wine bars, cafés and restaurants.
The path is only a short walk to the town and is lit at night by solar operated lighting.

This particular lovely large apartment is found on a lovely Chianti wine estate. It is possible to walk through the vineyards to the main Chianti town of Greve.This apartment can be set up to sleep 4, 6, or 8 people and can be joined with another apartment to sleep up to 12.

Each apartment on this estate enjoys an independent, furnished terrace, spacious barbecue area for all guests, further common pool area and common terraces. There is a very lovely pool area - with lovely landscaped area; sun loungers with views onto the surrounding vineyards.
This lovely wine estate stands in a panoramic position on a hillside near the little town of Greve, in the heart of Chianti. The path is only a short walk to the town and is lit at night by energy-saving solar battery lighting.
Other possible much longer excursions on foot include walks through the farm estate woodland, to the nearby and characteristic Borgo di Montefioralle hamlet and to the village of Panzano. Other destinations for more practised walkers are the village of Lamole, which stands at the foot of Mount San Michele and the peak of the same Mountain (at an altitude of over 800 metres), from which there is an extraordinary all-embracing panorama of the Chianti and Valdarno mountains, Mount Amiata and even the distant peaks of the Apuan mountains.
