This amazing property has been wonderfully restored this past year, with attention to every detail. Lovely furnishings, fabrics and tiles throughout.
The main façade features the fantastic garden with various flowers, trees and large pergola . Down some steps is the beautiful pool with sea-water ( slightly salted water) and the walk path through the fruits trees and olives trees that the couple has projected to admire the beautiful view and to enjoy the real Chianti countryside. There is an adjacent small room to store things.

As you enter through a large French - window door you will find a spacious living room with fireplace and comfortable sofas with satellite TV, kitchen with dining table for 8 persons, a large work counter and all modern appliances; also on this level a small storage room, studio with wireless Internet access, laundry room, guest bathroom, single bedroom with ensuite bathroom with tub.

1st floor: There is a single bedroom,and a double bedroom (with access to the garden through a glass door) and a bathroom with shower. These two bedrooms share the bath. There is a second double bedroom with SAT TV and ensuite bathroom.
