Conca d'Oro Estate

Wonderfully set overlooking the vineyards and olive groves of the famous Conca d`Oro, Chianti`s best wine region. Located just at the edge of the village of Panzano in Chianti, you can walk through the garden gate and stroll into this tiny but well known Chianti village.

Apartments: There are 5 spacious apartments with a total of 14 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms ( each with full bathrooms (with shower).
The 5 apartments are divided into two 4 bedrooms units one each for 8 people: each with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, spacious living room, dining room and private outside area.
One unit for 6 persons - 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, nice large living room, kitchen and outside space.
One 4 persons with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, private outside space and...
one unit for 2 persons - a one bedroom with bathroom, living room, kitchen and private outdoor space.  

Each of the five apartments is very nicely furnished with antiques and Tuscan country-style pieces. Stylish fabrics and exquisite accessories complete the furnishing. Cosy bedrooms with beautiful iron beds and high quality bed linen create an outstanding ambiance. All bathrooms are very tastefully equipped.

Each apartment has a private garden and terrace. A separate large room is available for large group dinners or cooking schools and meetings.

Here is a break down of the bedrooms and bed types in each apartment:

• Venti – 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms) There are two rooms which can be only double bed rooms. There are two rooms which can be prepared as double bedrooms or twin bedded rooms.
• VentiUno - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms; The two bedrooms can be prepared only as double bedrooms
• VentiDue – 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms), There is one room which can be only a double bedroom; There is one room which can be prepared as double bedroom or twin bedded room. There is one room with a bedsofa which can be prepared as a double bed or as a sofa.
• Ventitre – 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms; There are two rooms which can be only double bed rooms; There are two rooms which can be prepared as double bedrooms or twin bedded rooms
• Ventiquattro – 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom) There is one room which can be prepared as double bedroom or twin bedded room

  Although the villa is privately located within old olive groves and wonderful vineyards, it is only a two minutes walk into the village of Panzano where there are shops, restaurants and wine bars.

  Ideal for family meetings and groups of friends who want to spend their vacation together, but require privacy.
